    Get a discounted Nest for your own home so you can give an honest recommendation.


How to get Certified

First, get a passcode

Before you can apply to become a Nest Certified Professional, please contact one of our distribution partners for a unique passcode.


Find a Distributor

Locate the closest wholesaler.


Next, register with Nest

Here's how to apply to become an authorized reseller of Nest.

1. Registration
Once you have a passcode, enter it in the “Apply to become Certified" box above. We'll ask you to review and accept the Nest reseller agreement and provide some details about your business, marketing practices and customer service. It should take about half an hour to create a profile.

2. Training
Watch our online training videos and complete a short quiz.

3. Review
After you complete your training, we'll review your application and get back to you within 15 days.

4. Approval
Once approved, you’ll be able to purchase the Nest Learning Thermostat from a local distributor and Nest customers will be able to find your business on nest.com. You’ll also get access to our personal use program, marketing resources, and VIP support.
